Sesderma presence in DERMAJAL 2017

Dr Gabriel Serrano, the President and Founder of Sesderma and Juan Manuel Serrano, its CEO, attended the Annual Congress of Dermatology of Jalisco DERMAJAL 2017, held in Expo Guadalajara from 13 to 15 July. The Laboratory was present with two stands, featuring the two brands, Sesderma and Mediderma, separately. On the first day, Dr Serrano hosted a workshop on microneedling techniques with Nanopore, developed by Mediderma. Dr Serrano shared the evidence of the results achieved with the treatments for Alopecia, Acne, Melasma, Scars, Stretch marks and Anti-ageing.

Mª Carmen Villanueva, Country Manager together with Eduardo Mayorca, Business Development Manager, were heading the Sesderma and Mediderma team, which was made up by Ángela Hernández, Roberto Bustamente and Omar Camacho in Sales, as well as Estefanía Montoya and Lezith León in Marketing, who took care of the workshop attendees. Both stands invited doctors to participate and there was a prize to be won, a ticket to attend the congress from the American Academy of Dermatology, to be held in San Diego, California, in February 2018. On Thursday night, the Sesderma and Mediderma team organised a dinner to tighten their relationship with the Mexican doctors. The dinner was attended by friends of Dr. Serrano, such as Dr Julio Barba, Dr Gabriel Huerta, Dr Gustavo Segura, Dr Araceli Alvarado, Dr Melania Mendoza, Dr Catalina Morales, Dr Lucia Achell, Dr Edith Muñoz and business partners such as Mr Ramiro Tinoco, and together they celebrated the Doctor’s birthday and sang “las mañanitas” at the Mariachi beat.

This was a great opportunity for Doctor Serrano and Juan Manuel to sustain their commitment with both Mexican doctors and patients, with a clear interest to carry on developing products and specific treatments to care for every type of skin, which will probably put Sesderma in the right path to lead the Dermatology and Dermocosmetics sector in the Republic of Mexico.
